RSSC uses a systematic approach to analyze and determine care for the entire body as a whole. Our primary concern is helping you decrease your pain level, restoring range of motion, and ultimately helping you to feel your best. We use a multiple technique approach that is tailored for each patient. We will check and adjust the spine and extremities, as needed, to help each patient achieve optimal results. Different levels of care are offered based on each patient’s symptoms and what's require for them to reach their fullest potential. RSSC works with all types of patients, from school age to pro athletes, weekend warriors, younger children up to geriatric persons. Each person is different and their care should be specific to them.
RSSC specializes in sports injury care, sports injury management, and the rehabilitation of those injuries. We also focus our care on injury prevention and taking care of the body as a complete system. We are certified in Chiropractic Extremity Adjusting (that's adjustments of the shoulders, arms, hands, hips, legs, feet and the ribs). We use that along with specialized muscle testing to determine what areas need to be addressed and adjusted, to assist you through recovery and to help prevent future injuries.
We use many different techniques in our office to address the many different issues that arise in the body's soft tissue (muscles). Several stretching techniques like Active Release Technique (ART), Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF Stretching), Pin and Stretch, and the Theragun are all used to aid in lengthening the muscles and improving range of motion (ROM). Grastin blades are used to release muscle tension along with breaking up scar tissue. Muscular and Joint static proprioception testing is performed to assist muscles in turning on and firing in their appropriate movement patterns. All of these are performed in our offices, by our doctors with additional details given during the time of your visit.

Dr. Martin Wilson is a Life University graduate. He is a local to the greater Atlanta area and grew up in Marietta, GA. After high school, Dr. Wilson chose to join the military and served 4 1/2 years in the United States Marine Corps. During that time he served in 3 tours overseas, two in Iraq and one in Afghanistan.
After being honorably discharged from the military he came back home. He also returned with several health problems. His back was in constant pain, his knees and feet always ached, and he had neck pain that caused headaches and eventually led to mild depression. This is how chiropractic entered his life. A good friend of his recommended seeing a local chiropractor to help with the conditions. So like many others, he sought chiropractic out because he wanted something to relieve his pain.
He didn't want drugs or surgery to relieve his pain, he wanted something more wholistic. After a few months of chiropractic care, all of these problems he initially had seemed to just disappear, vastly improving his overall health and wellbeing. This got him back into the activities he enjoys to do like golf, flag football, and attending local events with his family and friends.
This lead him to finish his undergraduate studies in exercise science and sports health science and then his doctorate in chiropractic, which he took a step further and has received his diplomate in chiropractic sports treatment and extremity adjusting.
He decided to open a practice in Dallas, GA after practing for a few years in Norcross, GA, where he has been fortunate enough to train with and continues to work along side one of the top sports chiropractors in the Atlanta area. He has experience working with athletes from all levels. From the weekend warriors, to the high school and collegiate levels, all the way to the professional athletes of the Atlanta area and beyond. He also loves working with local families of all ages.
Dr. Wilson is very grateful to be able to live out his dream of helping people feel their best, and serve the community of Dallas Ga, and surrounding areas with the highest level of care. He is on a mission to help as many people as possible. RSSC is a veteran owned business and Dr. Wilson wants to help serve those who have served, help athletes get back in the game or improve their game, and help those that want to get out of pain so they can live life to the fullest.
If he isn't serving his patients in Dallas or Norcross, he is spending time on the golf course, hanging out with his wife and their four dogs, or attending a Braves game. Dr. Wilson is an avid Atlanta sports fan and you can quite often catch him at the games!
With years of experience, Dr. Wilson is capable of analyzing your body and creating a custom pain relief and rehabilitation plan to benefit your health. We understand the importance of educating you on chiropractic care so that you can heal quickly and get back to the daily activities you enjoy most.
Dr. Wilson has earned his diplomate as a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practioner (CCEP). This training has allowed him to better understand injuries to the extremities, treatments, and rehab protocols to improve the recovery times to those areas. These are essential to those who wish to stay active and keep moving forward in their lives and activities.
